FAQs on our Photography Services in Singapore
How long does it take? Depending on the type of photoshoot and the number of final selected images, we will normally take between 2-7 working days for all the images to be post-processed/ edited and uploaded onto a dropbox link for your easy access.
What are our fees like? Our corporate portrait package for a solo pax starts from $180/pax upwards. Depending on the number of pax or project, we definitely do customise affordable group/time based rates, especially for corporate headshots and group shots. Special requests such as makeup artist services is also available on request. For events photography, lifestyle photography, architecture photography or other types of photography services such as art reproduction, please contact us directly.
Help, I lost my photos/forgotten to download the file! We hold on to our clients’ photos _forever_ yes, you heard right, as long as we have been offering photography service in Singapore, we have 20 years of archive in our dusty storage to match. However, for anything beyond 3 years, we will likely request a small fee, for our time to dig.
What payment method? For solo corporate portraits or headshots, we request a 50% deposit booking in order to confirm the job. For larger corporate accounts, this may be discussed separately. We accept giro, paynow, bank transfers. As we are not a retail store-front type of photography studio, we regretfully apologise that we don’t accept credit cards and all bookings and appointments must be made prior via our whatsapp or email.
